Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Can I return my digital download products ?
We do not offer any form of return on our digital download products
Do you accept returns ?
All our products are made to order and are considered final sale with the exception of damaged, defects or incorrect items. We do not accept "buyers remorse" returns. For this reason, we ask that you carefully review all product information and utilize the attached sizing guides before ordering.
Can I exchange an item, if it doesn't fit as expected?
We always do our best to take care of customers by including sizing guides & recommendations within product listing. But we realize sometimes things just don't fit as expected. You have 14 days after you receive your order to exchange, unless noted in our exceptions. Any exchange item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.
All exchanges must be authorized prior to acceptance by emailing us directly info@lifemomma.com
How to order return ?
If you've received an incorrect item or an item that is defective/damaged, please contact us at info@lifemomma.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and an image of the item(s) you received. Once verified, we'll do our best to get a replacement order sent out to you quickly. All replacements will be for the same product and size.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), digital downloads, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products). and any products returned due to "buyers remorse" We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
PLEASE NOTE: All our products are made to order and for that reason, we do not offer any sort of "buyers remorse" type returns. The only returns that we will accept are if the product is damaged or if there is a defect.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
